My career started in the mortgage industry in 1988 after graduating from Whittier College with a degree in Business Administration. I obtained a real estate broker's license in 1998 and have been involved in real estate and mortgage lending ever since.

Sellers are offered home staging, digital marketing, professional photography and video, drone photography, 3D property virtual tours, floor plans, property websites, quality flyers, postcard marketing, and help pricing the property based on solid market fundamentals to meet seller needs. We want the property to look its best then provide maximum exposure.
Buyers are offered guidance by asking about home buying needs, setting a budget, touring properties, submitting strong offers, understanding the paperwork, understanding options and solutions as things come up. We want buyers to make educated decisions, so they know they did well and got the most for their money.
Flavio Berny, broker/owner, started in the mortgage industry in 1988 after graduating from Whittier College and attended Montebello High School prior to college. He worked in lending origination, underwriting, and operations. In 1998 Mr. Berny earned a real estate broker license. He is married with two adult children who attended school in Chino Hills and a member of St Paul The Apostle Church. He is a sports enthusiast and likes to keep up with economics, current events, and the local community.
